Resident Assistant - Pool/PRN

Pool requirements: 4 shifts per month - 2 weekdays & 2 weekend days

Pay rate between $17-23/hour (based on experience and shift differentials)

• 18+ years of age
• 1 year of experience, in a patient care role, in a healthcare facility, required.
• Current and valid CBRF certification, preferred.
• American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification within 6 months of hire or within 2 years of your initial CBRF First Aid & Choking certification class. (AHA First Aid certification is valid for 2 years and then must be renewed)
• Required to become med‑delegated upon hire and be able to pass meds.
• Ability to use computers for charting and communication.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within set guidelines.

• Assist with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and ambulation to encourage independence, according to resident service plan and established procedures.
• Assist with homemaker tasks including laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation and serving.
• Plan and conduct therapeutic activities.
• Supervise self‑administration or administer medications by physician order.
