Job Description
The Cook understands and supports the Amery Hospital & Clinic mission, vision, values and standards of behavior. They prepare and serve appealing and nutritious meals for patients, visitors, staff, and community members. They provide excellent customer service and are responsible for participating in quality and process improvement activities.
Work ScheduleThis position will help fill open shifts due to vacation and other absences within the department. Shifts vary and are dependent on the needs of the department. A typical shift may be any of the following: 6-2:30, 9:30-6, 7-5:30, 10-2, 6-6:30.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent or working to obtain.
- Prefer 1 year of food service experience
- Serve Safe certificate recommended
Amery Hospital & Clinic offers a competitive benefits package (0.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 403b with match, disability insurance and tuition reimbursement. Benefits take effect the first of the month following hire date.
