Job Description

The Cook understands and supports the Amery Hospital & Clinic mission, vision, values and standards of behavior. They prepare and serve appealing and nutritious meals for patients, visitors, staff, and community members. They provide excellent customer service and are responsible for participating in quality and process improvement activities.

This position will help fill open shifts due to vacation and other absences within the department. Shifts vary and are dependent on the needs of the department. A typical shift may be any of the following: 6-2:30, 9:30-6, 7-5:30, 10-2, 6-6:30.

• High School Diploma or equivalent or working to obtain.

• Prefer 1 year of food service experience
• Serve Safe certificate recommended
