Therapist – Marquette County Human Services

Are you passionate about helping others and making a real difference? Marquette County Human Services is seeking a full-time Therapist to provide compassionate mental health and substance use services to our community.

We’ll support you in completing your 3,000 supervised clinical hours toward full licensure — and you’ll be earning a paycheck while you do it.

• $1,000 hiring bonus for those not yet certified, distributed over a 2-year period
• $2,500 hiring bonus for licensed therapists, distributed over a 2-year period

$30.69–$34.30/hour (DOQ)

• Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling
• Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community partners
• Educate, advocate, and connect clients to resources

• Vacation available immediately

• 13.5 paid holidays (including 2 floating)

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• WI licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or ability to obtain)
• Experience in substance use treatment preferred
