Registered Nurse – Med Surg
Employer: Amery Hospital & Clinic
Job Responsibilities & Qualifications- Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel.
- Assume Resource Nurse responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Wisconsin RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of directly related experience.
- Keyboarding skill and computer knowledge.
- Experience in Progressive Care or High Observation Unit.
- 65 FTE / 26 hours weekly
- 12‑hour shifts (5:45 p‑m to 6:15 a‑m) with every third weekend rotation
