There are no guaranteed hours with this position, but could be in the future. If you are a compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) that strives to provide personalized, in-home support, this could be a great role to add a few hours here and there.

This is a private‑duty position meaning you'll be hired directly by the member rather than through an agency, giving you more flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a meaningful one‑on‑one relationship. About the Role You’ll play a key role in supporting the member’s independence, dignity, and quality of life  you're passionate about person‑centered care and want to make a real difference, this could be the perfect fit.

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Support safe mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair); experience with slide board transfers a plus
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Accompany the member to church on Sundays using the family van

• Active CNA certification
• Wisconsin Home Care Experience Preferred (but Not Required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Compassionate, patient, and detail‑oriented
