• Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring comfort, dignity, and happiness.
• Medication management: assist in administering medications and monitor health conditions with care.
• Engage and inspire: promote social interaction and enhance residents’ well-being.
• Be a team player: collaborate with a dedicated team to foster a positive atmosphere.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience in a nursing facility setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care or with geriatric populations preferred.
• Passion for helping others and a positive, patient, and compassionate attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
