RN - Home Health and Hospice Department - Per Diem Position
Upland Hills Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct, in‑home nursing care for home health and hospice patients. The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, occasionally provide on‑call duties, and support the department as a fill‑in or per‑diem staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide, direct, and supervise in‑home nursing care for home care and hospice patients.
- Offer direction and oversight for the work of LPNs and CNAs handling patient care.
- Take on‑call duties as needed to support the department.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin.
- Prior nursing experience, preferably in home care and hospice services.
