As a CNA or Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and attention. Your commitment to delivering top‑notch care will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in senior living.
We are currently hiring for AM, NOC, weekend warrior, and casual positions. Flexible scheduling available. CNAs are encouraged to apply and are paid a CNA wage. Must be reliable! CBRF certified is a plus! $1500 sign‑on bonus for eligible CNAs.

Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Drive patients as needed, for grocery shopping, running errands, or doctors’ visits, when necessary.
- Supervise medications and assist patient in organizing, refilling, and taking medications, as well as meal planning and preparation.
- Help patients complete exercise, and physical therapy and ambulate the patient as indicated in the care plan.
- Enable patients to complete personal hygiene tasks like bathing, toileting, shaving, grooming, dressing, etc.
- Take care of light housekeeping tasks including but not limited to vacuuming, bed making, laundry.
- Administer medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake.
- Resident Response – Attend to any and all resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care.
- Light Housekeeping – Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living space.
- Keep each room up to high standards of sanitization by changing bedpans and sheets, and performing regular room cleaning.
- Service Charting – Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Assistance with ADLs – Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individual’s Client Service Plan, with a zero‑tolerance policy for missed tasks.
- Give patient support with basic care, daily living activities, bathing, getting dressed, going to the restroom, eating regular meals, and taking proper medication dosages.
- Activities – Encourage and initiate activities to enhance residents' mental and physical health and promote socialization.

- CBRF Certifications or willingness to obtain them during employment.
- Current CNA license.
