We are seeking a HOME SERVICES SPECIALIST III to join our field team!

The Home Services Specialist III provides support for Home Health and Hospice by providing administrative work in the areas of scheduling, intake, and authorizations. This position serves all customers, staff, and leadership through coordinated and supportive work efforts.

HOURS:
Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly

• Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Formal typing and/or computer courses and courses in medical terminology and anatomy are beneficial.
• Previous applicable experience beneficial.
• Possesses excellent customer service skills and verbal/non-verbal communication skills.
