Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $81,000.00/yr

We redesign our delivery model to bring together primary care, dental, and behavioral health services—while continuing to offer traditional specialty care like psychotherapy, psychological evaluations, psychiatric medication management, and care coordination.
What We Offer- Fulltime and parttime positions available
- Eligibility for HRSA National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment
- Up to 8 observed holidays and up to 22 days of PTO
- Continuing education and professional development support
- Up to 12 hours/month of individual and group collaboration
- Care coordination support
- 3% retirement contribution
- $0 premium for individual health insurance (fulltime); 80/20 cost share for dependents
- HSA contributions and reasonable premium cost share for majoritytime and parttime staff (2032 hours/week)
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in:
Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy - Wisconsin licensure (or eligibility)
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Completion of clinical supervision hours (supervision available to in training psychotherapists)
- Experience in integrated care (e.g., dental anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain)
- Strong theoretical orientation and common factors approach
- Training in program design, evaluation, or quality improvement
- Skilled in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Effective communicators and collaborators
- Flexible, self-directed, and team-oriented
- Comfortable consulting, training, and supervising others
- Provide ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent care
- Serve an average of 25 clients per week (fulltime)
- Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with medical, dental, and community partners
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions
- Build and maintain referral networks

About Bridge Clinic:
Since 1995, Bridge Community Health Clinic has provided patient-focused primary medical care, preventive and restorative dental care, behavioral health care, and supportive services such as interpreting, health insurance enrollment, and transportation assistance. Bridge Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that primarily serves Marathon, Lincoln, and Langlade counties. Services are available to all patients, regardless of insurance status, through sliding fee discounts and patient assistance programs.
