Vice President of Finance

Location: Mayville

We are seeking an experienced and strategic financial leader to guide our organization's financial operations and support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep financial expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee accounting operations, audits, compliance activities, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital planning initiatives.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Enhance operational efficiency through financial analysis, technology, and improved processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and drive organizational growth.
