Director of Supply Chain Finance
Location - This is a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our La Farge, WI office for 4-8 days per month, and the rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.
Employee Type - Salaried
Bonus - This position is eligible for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on cooperative and individual performance.

Summary of Role
The Director of Supply Chain Finance is a key strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-level financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across plant manufacturing and other related costs. This role partners closely with Supply Chain leadership to support decision making and drive cost optimization, while ensuring financial discipline and transparency. This position leads a high-performing team and plays a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, influencing decisions that drive long-term growth, profitability, and member value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) portion of the Co-op P&L in collaboration with Supply Chain Leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
* Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts for manufacturing, standard costs, raw material utilization and other related items.
* Develop and implement supply chain reporting and data using tools like Power BI, SAP and predictive modeling.
* Provide strategic insights to the Leadership team for manufacturing plant performance and other related network costs.
* Oversee plant level financials to support key decisions in optimizing the supply chain network.
* Partner with the Production Planning team to ensure best utilization of raw material and manufacturing plants.
* Establish strong standard costs aligned with GAAP requirements.
* Support strategy and reporting for Capital spending and long-term network optimization.
* Champion data-driven culture across the Supply Chain and Finance organizations.
* Serve as a key liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, Production Planning and Sales.
* Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders leveraging variance analysis and other analytical methods.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Drive succession planning and leadership development within the finance function.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
* Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance or FP&A, preferably in CPG, dairy/food and manufacturing industry.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of managing & leadership experience.
* Proven track record of leading financial strategy, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Expertise in financial systems (SAP, Power BI) and advanced analytics.
* Exceptional communication skills with ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Skilled in managing, adapting to, and promoting change.
Base salary wage range: $127,358 - $169,811 per year
This salary wage range is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. If you are hired at CROPP, your final base salary wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should expect to be at the lower end of the salary wage range and hiring at the maximum of the salary wage range is not typical.
