Fiskars is searching for a Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain – Fiskars Americas to join our amazing team! This is a hybrid role and will be based out of our Middleton, WI office!
About the RoleThe Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain – Fiskars Americas plays a key role in managing the financial performance of the Americas regional supply chain while contributing to the success of Fiskars’ global supply chain operations. You will lead end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and forecasting across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory, ensuring alignment with global standards and strategic objectives. You will put your expertise in product costing in use by owning the costing process for sourced goods and ensuring the product profitability together with commercial finance team.
At the core of the role is close business partnering with the Senior Director, Supply Chain Americas and the Senior Director, Global Sourcing
, and other members of the Fiskars Americas leadership team
. You will also collaborate extensively with logistics, sourcing, and manufacturing teams, as well as finance colleagues across Supply Chain, Sales, and Business Areas. Your work ensures that financial insights and governance drive operational decisions, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation across the region.
While the role does not include direct reports, it requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide cross-functional teams, virtual networks, and project-based initiatives. You will provide direction, mentorship, and influence within a matrix organisation, including potential dotted-line team members and global project contributors.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for the Americas Supply Chain – managing P&L and balance sheet performance across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory.
- Partner with regional and global operations to optimise cost efficiency, service levels, and working capital while maintaining compliance and minimising financial or operational risks.
- Own sourcing standard and actual costing processes. Analyse and strategically manage product cost structures—including purchase prices, freight, import duties and tariffs, and overheads—to ensure SKU-level profitability.
- Provide actionable financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to guide strategic and operational decision-making across supply chain functions.
- Support the annual budgeting process, monthly closings, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning.
- Ensure financial and operational process governance, maintaining strong controls and adherence to Fiskars’ policies and standards.
- Deliver high-quality performance reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for regional and global management.
- Partner with operations teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and financial transparency.
- Collaborate across business functions—including sourcing, logistics, commercial finance, and brand teams—to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and decision support.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s required).
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within supply chain, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in end-to-end financial planning, cost analysis, and performance management.
