Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $15/hour (after training, $14/hour during training). Opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Overtime may be available during busy times. Advancement opportunities can also be earned.

About the Role:

As a Game Master, you'll be the central guide for each guests' immersive escape room experience. You'll set the stage, monitor progress, offer timely clues, and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time. This role is a mix of customer service, entertainment, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and brief guests with energy and enthusiasm
• Operate the game via our computer-controlled systems, monitoring and giving clues as needed
• Reset rooms quickly and accurately between games
• Provide post-game debriefs and take photos of the teams
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Some light-duty cleaning during slow times

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Must speak clear and fluent English
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm in a variety of situations
• Comfortable speaking to groups
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work some weekend shifts
• Must have reliable transportation
