Are you passionate about creating safe, compliant, and injury-free workplaces? As an EHS Specialist, you’ll support and enhance plant-wide environmental, health, and safety programs—helping ensure our manufacturing operations remain safe, compliant, and aligned with best practices.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with operations, leadership, and employees to identify risks, implement preventative measures, and foster a culture where safety is embedded in everything we do.

What You’ll Do

As an EHS Specialist, you will:

• Support and maintain EHS programs
  , ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards
• Conduct hazard assessments and job safety analyses
  , identifying risks and overseeing corrective actions
• Lead incident investigations
  , determining root causes and implementing preventative solutions
• Document and report findings
  , providing clear corrective action plans and follow-up tracking
• Facilitate plant-wide safety training
  , tracking and documenting participation and compliance
• Support injury management efforts
  , assisting with response, documentation, and corrective planning
• Participate in ergonomic and industrial hygiene initiatives
  , coordinating assessments and testing
