Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting process optimization, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Develop, own, and maintain mass and energy balances for assigned processes
• Provide technical process expertise to support development of new ingredients aligned with market demands
• Build, maintain, and improve technical process documentation
• Drive sustainability initiatives with emphasis on energy efficiency and process optimization
• Support innovation efforts, including scale-up and implementation of new products from pilot to commercial scale

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing/Bioproducts Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in industrial wet processes, chemical or food manufacturing
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and globally when managing complex processes
• Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities
