Join our Product Engineering team for an opportunity to be immersed in our New Product Development efforts! You’ll be directly involved with implementing both new designs and continuous improvement updates to mechanical components and systems. Not only will you support new business growth and current product categories by creating, supporting, and developing new and innovative product designs and redesigning existing products, but you’ll also play an instrumental role in defining and updating new and existing processes.

• Translating customer needs into functional product designs while working with cross‑functional teams.
• Improving existing product or component designs to achieve cost reduction or product improvement objectives.
• Providing manufacturing support to resolve production issues or supply concerns.
• Developing working prototypes which can be used for functional evaluation.

• Regular interaction with multiple functional areas and with others at all levels within the organization, from production to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A history of personal and professional accomplishments, creativity and problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Solid Works, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
