Civil Engineer – Storm Water/Site Design (Agriculture Experience a Plus)

E. Lee & Associates, Inc. is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with a background in storm water and site design to join our growing team. Experience in agricultural engineering projects is a valuable plus. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver innovative and effective engineering solutions.
- Support project managers in the design of municipal, civil, and site engineering projects, including:
- Site grading
- Storm sewer and storm water management
- Hydraulic and hydrologic modeling
- Aicultural engineering design and permitting
- Sanitary sewer
- Water systems
- Roadway design
- Prepare project documents such as specifications, design reports, alternative analyses, permits, agency coordination, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with team members to address client needs, ensuring solutions are practical, efficient, and forward‑thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on site, water resource, agricultural, or municipal design.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, or the ability to achieve licensure within a defined period.
- Proficiency or experience in:
- Civil 3D and CAD software
- Roadway and site grading design
- Water, sewer, and storm water modeling
- Municipal infrastructure design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Adaptability to learn and apply the latest design standards and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience or familiarity with agriculture‑related engineering projects is a plus.
