Civil Engineer – Storm Water/Site Design (Agriculture Experience a Plus)

Experience in agricultural engineering projects is a valuable plus. • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver innovative and effective engineering solutions.
• Support project managers in the design of municipal, civil, and site engineering projects, including:
  • Site grading
  • Storm sewer and storm water management
  • Hydraulic and hydrologic modeling
  • Aicultural engineering design and permitting
  • Sanitary sewer
  • Water systems
  • Roadway design
• Prepare project documents such as specifications, design reports, alternative analyses, permits, agency coordination, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with team members to address client needs, ensuring solutions are practical, efficient, and forward‑thinking.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on site, water resource, agricultural, or municipal design.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, or the ability to achieve licensure within a defined period.
• Proficiency or experience in:
  • Civil 3D and CAD software
  • Roadway and site grading design
  • Water, sewer, and storm water modeling
  • Municipal infrastructure design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Adaptability to learn and apply the latest design standards and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience or familiarity with agriculture‑related engineering projects is a plus.
