• Provide transportation construction engineering support in the Northeast and/or North Central Regions of Wisconsin by managing projects.
• Supervise construction activities, conduct inspections, and perform related tasks.
• Perform construction observation of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, street construction including curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk and pavement.
• Maintain project records, including daily observation logs, time and materials records and asbuilt drawings.
• Communicate and coordinate with project participants including project owners, project managers, contractors and materials testing laboratories.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with transportation or construction emphasis.
• Obtain Wisconsin’s Engineering in Training License after graduation.
• Experience in construction schedules, construction inspection, construction plans, estimating, Field Manager or AASTHOWare, AutoCAD Civil3D is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
