Overview

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities- Lead safety, environmental, and energy programs at our Sturtevant site
- Drive audits, inspections, and risk assessments while promoting a proactive safety culture
- Partner with leadership to integrate safety into daily operations
- Champion training, recognition programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years HSE/energy management experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA compliance
- Experience with incident investigations, audits, and reporting
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 preferred
- Professional certifications like CSP, CIH, CEM, or CHMM are a plus
- US Citizen or Green Card holder required
- Relocation assistance available

- Collaborate with teams across operations, engineering, and maintenance
