Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated and passionate school counselor to lead the creation and implementation of a counseling program aimed at supporting students' social, emotional, and academic growth. The position involves creating a secure and nurturing learning environment and implementing initiatives to address bullying, violence, and intolerance affecting students and the school community.
Counselor Responsibilities:
Counselor Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional counselor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to empathize and help students open up.
- Strong decision-making and perceptive intuition skills.
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Leadership qualities, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
