QUALIFICATIONS:

**** Job Summary
** Effectively implement developmentally appropriate programs and activities that engage members in the area of academic success  Principal duties & responsibilities:

Safety
* Ensure Club safety – check equipment, supplies, etc. prior to beginning activities
* Report unsafe situations to Site Director
* Address Club member behavior concerns as they arise
* Communicate Club member behavior concerns to Site Director
** Programs & Activities
*** Lead academic programs and activities as outlined in program plans
* Support Club Members in homework and high yield learning activities
* Provide support as a reading tutor
* Enforce rules and policies posted in the building
* Distribute and track program equipmentTracking
* Sign members into every activity to ensure accurate participation tracking
* Submit sign-in sheets to Site Director and/or front desk
** Minimum Qualifications Required
*** Must be an active student enrolled in at least 6 credits
* Please note that students are not permitted to work in Federal Work-Study positions during scheduled class times
* Detail oriented
* Good communication skills
* Able to prioritize tasks and be able to work in a team-oriented environment
