LATC - Talent Experience Coordinator

We’re seeking a Talent Experience Coordinator to support the Vice President with administrative duties to manage the hiring, onboarding, and evaluation processes for faculty and staff.
Qualifications- Associates degree or higher in human resources, training & development, business management, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in customer service, working with sensitive information, brand management, managing and organizing information and files, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; extremely detail oriented.
- Confident in using technology and software to work effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills and an affinity for working with coworkers, young people, and visitors in a team environment.
- National Career Readiness Certificate level Silver or higher a plus.
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, schedule job interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage administrative details of the hiring process.
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records, including evaluations.
- Coordinate employee contracts and letters of intent.
- Coordinate faculty and staff orientation, on-boarding, and off-boarding in partnership with the Faculty & Staff Development Coordinator.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and stakeholders and timely resolutions to queries.
- Assist with planning and execution of campus events. The position will work closely with several offices across campus (e.g., Admissions, Corporate Education, Facilities).
- Actively participate in the campus community, including promotional activities, and maintain the Lake Area Tech brand.
- Other duties as assigned.
Vice President
Salary & TermsSalary Range: $40,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications. Highly competitive benefits package.
Terms of Employment: Classified professional contract over 12 months with compensation set by the Watertown School Board.
