Position Overview:

• Part-Time Emergency Medicine Physician position in Richland Center, WI with a focus on clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and work-life balance.
• No night shifts, no call duties, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Practice Details:

• Provide bedside wound care across over 3,200 facilities in 28 states.
• Receive physician-level wound management training and participate in a wound fellowship for clinical excellence.
• Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 annually plus benefits.
• Enjoy autonomy and flexible schedules, typically working around 45 hours per week.
• Paid training provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in your practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Additional Practice Details:

• Work hours:
  
  Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with part-time options available.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
• This is a mobile practice; physicians visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.
• Visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Real-time clinical documentation during rounds using proprietary wound-specific EMR.
