• Flexible Schedule for Work-Life Balance: Choose a consistent 4-day workweek, or a traditional 5-day schedule, seeing just 12-16 patients daily
• Traditional Practice Model: Care for patients from birth through adulthood in a collaborative setting with behavioral health support on-site
• Low-Volume Call: Expect a minimal, easy call schedule with over 95% of calls handled remotely
• Attractive Compensation & Benefits: First-year guarantee of $300K + production for significant growth potential, plus a $60K sign-on bonus, $10K relocation package, up to 20 days PTO, retirement plan, malpractice coverage, and paid licensure fees

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Comfortable with inpatient rounding and managing a broad panel from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Eligible for a Wisconsin medical licensei
