You will greet new patients and welcome them to the practice. After the office introduction, you will take records (pictures and x-rays) used to establish a treatment plan for each new patient.

• Take clear x‑rays.
• Take clear photos.
• Take accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment.
• Maintain a clean working environment (including picture & X‑ray area).
• Collaborate with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance by orchestrating a “warm hand‑off.”
• Assist in meeting and/or exceeding monthly and annual clinic goals.
• Explain payment options and provide general information regarding insurance coverage as it relates to orthodontics.
• When traveling to another clinic, perform all duties and responsibilities, including administrative tasks.
• Participate in marketing events.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer skills.
• Willingness to travel and transport yourself to other practice locations.
• Minimum 6 months of chairside experience.

• Monday – Wednesday 8:45 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday & Friday 6:45 am – 3:00 pm
• 2 Saturdays per month

• Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Travel availability to Mount Pleasant and Menomonee Falls.

Pay: $17.00 per hour.
