Dental Hygienist Part-time

Mercy Dental Group is currently hiring for a highly motivated part-time Dental Hygienist that is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare for our The Grove Family Dental office! This part-time position would be responsible for the office’s Friday hours and can add additional hours when available.

The Grove Family Dental is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service for each patient. We give our hygienists the time they need to provide the dental care that they will be proud of. We have a fantastic team led by Dr. John Gernetzke and Dr. Cali Hensel, along with an amazing culture!

Base hourly rate starting at $45/hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications. Compensation follows a “whichever is greater” model — you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a monthly production-based commission, whichever is higher!

Example earning potential:

• Full-time associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $7,500–$9,000/month

• Monday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
• Tuesday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
• Wednesday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
• Thursday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
• Friday (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM) clinical hours

• You must currently hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin.
• Dental Hygienist: 1 year preferred, but not required!
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!!!
