Dental Hygienist; Magnolia

Join our dental team as a Dental Hygienist where you'll make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by promoting optimal oral health. In this role, you'll perform comprehensive dental cleanings, conduct thorough oral cancer screenings, provide patient education, and collaborate with our dental team to deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment.

• Create a welcoming environment by preparing treatment rooms and greeting patients with warmth and compassion.
• Build patient trust through clear communication, answering questions, and addressing concerns with expertise and empathy.
• Maintain the highest standards of care by properly preparing, sterilizing, and selecting appropriate instruments for each procedure.
• Deliver thorough dental cleanings, removing deposits and stains from teeth and beneath gum margins with precision and care.
• Protect patient health through comprehensive oral cancer screenings, periodontal assessments, and diagnostic radiographs.
• Prevent dental disease by applying fluoride treatments and other cavity-preventing agents tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide expert care for dental appliances through professional cleaning and polishing services.
• Contribute to patient safety by maintaining CPR certification and assisting with emergency protocols when needed.
• Empower patients through personalized oral hygiene education, plaque control instructions, and preventive care guidance.
• Ensure continuity of care by maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, medical histories, and treatment documentation.

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of Texas
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a dental practice setting

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to better serve our diverse patient community
• Experience with digital radiography and dental practice management software
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental hygiene best practices
