Location: Johnson Creek

National Account Representative Job Purpose

Schedule and dispatch service technicians for planned maintenance, scheduled service, or emergency repairs for waste and recycling equipment located at our customer’s facilities. Duties may include using telephone or computer to transmit work orders and obtaining information and reports on work progress.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using email and telephones.
  • Contact customers to address questions, problems, and requests for service or planned maintenance.
  • Monitor multiple customer locations to coordinate service and schedules.
  • Prepare work orders.
  • Relay work orders, photos and various information to and from service technicians using email and phone.
  • Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory and other requested information.
  • Prepare planned maintenance monthly work and run schedules/reports.
  • Determine and record types of equipment according to work orders or other specifications.
  • Advise service technicians about necessary information to be returned to our office including photos, site information, correct equipment identification, etc.
Qualifications Experience and

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior customer service experience
Knowledge and

Skills Required:

  • Judgment and Decision Making – Consider potential costs, benefits or issues of potential actions for each service call and choose the most appropriate one. Common sense.
  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.
  • Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
  • Computer: basic skill knowledge; including Microsoft Office Products:
    Outlook, Excel and Word
