Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Ace Handyman Services

Location: Wales, WI (On‑Site)

Pay Rate: $23–$26 per hour

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Wales, WI. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers while supporting daily scheduling and service coordination. • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to service inquiries promptly
• Provide a friendly, professional experience to customers at every interaction
• Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
  
  Communicate clearly with customers regarding service details and expectations
• Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and job information in scheduling systems
• Support day‑to‑day operations through strong organization and attention to detail
• Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and software (Service Titan experience is a plus)

• Comfort speaking on the phone and working in a customer‑facing role

• Comfort learning and using scheduling software (Service Titan experience is a plus)

• Experience in home services or construction
• Dispatching or scheduling software experience
• Quick Books or basic accounting familiarity
• Sales or customer‑facing experience
