Location: N3220 Seier Road, Fall River, WI 53932
Pay Type: Hourly, bi‑weekly
Work Setting: In‑Office

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday; 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, with overtime hours/pay (may include weekend hours during busy seasons)

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks within the computer system when trucks are on the vehicle weight-scale.
  • Conduct product sample testing and weigh inbound and outbound grain loads (e.g., corn, wheat).
  • Document product weights and testing results by issuing scale tickets through the computer system.
  • Accurately grade grain and apply discounts for moisture, foreign material, damage, vomitoxin, and other factors (training provided).
  • Deliver a high level of customer service by being courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Notify management of significant service issues or customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with originators to exceed customer expectations.
  • Support cross-divisional collaboration and shared workload coverage during peak times or staff absences.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety rules and protocols.
  • Communicate recurring service issues, customer feedback, or process improvement opportunities to management.
  • Provide coverage for the front desk reception area, including operator phone coverage and walk‑in customer assistance, as needed.
  • Assist with other departmental tasks outside of harvest season.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work outside of core business hours during seasonal peaks to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience required; administrative or service-based industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ability to navigate ERP or CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer‑focused demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Familiarity with billing, invoicing, data entry, and account support.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow‑through.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting both customers and internal teams.
  • Team‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability and pride in service delivery.
  • Sales awareness and a service‑first approach to customer interactions.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to work overtime during harvest season (October–November), including rotation weekends with advance notice.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
