OverviewOur Truck Service team, comprising nearly 3,000 technicians across 280 locations nationwide, is looking for a Lead Truck Service Advisor (TSA). As Lead TSA, you will provide exceptional service to customers using your expertise in our product lines and services, while writing work orders, performing suggestive selling, and handling over‑the‑counter (OTC) transactions to return every traveler to the road better than they arrived.
Inthis role, you can expect to:
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on exceeding customer expectations
- Leverage extensive knowledge of the products and services we offer
- Use strong suggestive selling skills to generate revenue, influencing customers with integrity
- Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions, including the proper preparation of ETA work orders, purchase orders, and customer quotes
- Lead and oversee the work of TSAs, including conducting work order audits
- Train new hires and manage the TSA work schedule
- Source parts from external vendors and coordinate their delivery
- Prepare end‑of‑shift drop reports and understand various payment types
- Maintain the safety of customers and team members
- A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to join our team
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous cashier and customer‑service experience; experience in a repair or parts shop preferred
- Knowledge of warranty‑claim processes
- Experience leading and training others preferred
- ASE certification preferred
- Strong suggestive selling skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays in both interior and exterior conditions
- Valid driver’s license

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
