Account Manager – Brillion, WI

Endries International, Inc., a leading distributor of fasteners and other class "c" commodities, and provider of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions for original equipment manufacturers worldwide, is seeking an Account Manager in Brillion, WI and surrounding areas.

In this full‑time role you will balance sales and customer service
—review pricing and inventory data behind the scenes while traveling to customer sites to build relationships, deliver and restock product, and audit inventory levels.

Responsibilities
  • Provide world‑class customer service
  • Review reports and records to maintain proper bin management system
  • Identify, source, and quote parts and process related customer orders
  • Review and maintain customer pricing
  • Build strong working relationships with all customer contacts
  • Maintain a positive mental attitude toward customers and colleagues
  • Audit inventory levels inside customer facilities
  • Occasionally replenish inventory in customers’ facilities
  • Document key events and notes in Endries’ CRM system
  • Provide technical part information to customers using internal engineering and quality support resources
  • Deliver parts as needed
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for continued revenue growth with existing customers
  • Service the customer’s VMI program
  • Maintain VMI bin schematics
  • Improve customer relations by proactively meeting the customer’s requirements
  • Grow the business portfolio on product mix with the customer
Qualifications
  • Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to meet deadlines while building strong customer relationships
  • Customer service experience
  • Good analytical and organizational abilities
  • Attentive to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Technical and mechanical inclination a plus
  • Occasional lifting of 20–40 pounds, and at times up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
