Compensation Range: $45 - 50 per hour
Our client is looking for a Render Producer to join their team. This is a specialized project management role that oversees multiple large‑ and small‑scale projects to bring creative visions to life. The role focuses on creating estimates and timelines, coordinating resources and vendors, maintaining project budget accountability, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Oversee and lead multiple production projects simultaneously, from intake to delivery, across print, video, digital, and social media.
- Ensure project budget adherence and meet deadlines.
- Act as the lead liaison between ITC and Beacon studio for all CGI/Render projects.
- Perform quality assurance on all projects to ensure brand standards are met.
- Create and track estimates and timelines; oversee pre‑production and production phases.
- Coordinate studio resources, both internal and external, providing logistical support as needed, including crew, talent, product, set, location, props, and post‑production.
- Manage studio pre‑production meeting components such as set completion, propping, and product installation.
- Serve as the primary project liaison between campaign, channel, creative, and project management teams.
- Facilitate clear, constructive, ongoing communication regarding schedule, project status, and budget updates.
- Maintain a roster of production resources, including contractors, photographers, talent agencies, and stylists.
- Maintain and update production databases, calendars, and Workfront.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for talent and crew and prepare call sheets for set and location photography projects.
- Negotiate model/talent fees, usage rights, and associated costs based on business or project needs.
- Complete and submit all talent, property, and inventory releases; secure and verify permits and usage and fees.
- Serve as the key contact for legal and procurement to ensure all contracts and invoices adhere to policies.
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Communications, film, or video) and a minimum of two years’ experience as an in‑house producer, line producer, agency producer, or comparable production experience.
- Must be organized, skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and understand all aspects of photo and video production and post‑production, including a basic understanding of the equipment, hardware, and software required.
- Must be an exceptional communicator capable of confidently explaining estimates, production schedules, and production specifics to internal business partners and external vendors.
