Job Title: Producer – Contract
Location: Hybrid (on site 3 days)
Duration: 9+ Months
Type: Full-Time, Contract
The Render Producer performs a specialized project management role, overseeing multiple large- and small-scale projects to bring creative visions to life. This role requires an understanding of video, stills, post-production, and render (CGI) content creation. The Producer serves as the primary liaison between internal teams (creative, marketing, and studio) and external vendors, ensuring clear communication on budgets, timelines, and project specifications.
They are accountable for budget adherence, logistics coordination, and quality assurance, ensuring all final assets meet brand standards. Additionally, they manage all pre-production and production elements—including crew, talent, locations, and props—while maintaining production databases and ensuring all legal contracts and releases are secured.
Project Management: Ability to orchestrate and manage multiple production projects across print, video, digital, and social media simultaneously.
Budgeting & Negotiation: Skilled in creating estimates, tracking expenditures, and negotiating vendor and talent fees to ensure financial adherence.
CGI/Render Knowledge: Cursory understanding of the equipment, hardware, and software needed for CGI and render content creation.
Logistical Coordination: Expertise in coordinating pre-production and production logistics, including crew, talent, locations, props, and equipment.
Communication & Liaison: Exceptional ability to serve as the bridge between internal business partners and external vendors, clearly explaining estimates, schedules, and production specifics.
Quality Assurance: Keen eye for ensuring brand standards are met and final assets are of high quality.
Legal & Compliance: Familiarity with securing contracts, permits, and talent releases, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Must be highly organized and skilled at the simultaneous management of multiple projects.
Must understand all aspects of photo and video production and post-production.
Must be an exceptional communicator, able to confidently explain production details to both internal partners and external vendors.
Ability to maintain and update production databases, calendars, and resource rosters.
Experience negotiating model fees, usage rights, and associated costs.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications, Film, or Video.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an in-house producer, line producer, agency producer, or comparable production experience.
