• Initiate, administer, and secure subcontractor bids
• Write subcontractor/supplier contracts and purchase orders
• Prepare schematic and component budgets
• Coordinate and manage all administrative requirements, permits, pre-planning and post-job review meetings to ensure accordance with design, schedule, and budget
• Professionally represent the company to architects, owners, subcontractors, and other external contacts to maintain the company’s superior reputation
• Interact effectively with the company’s business development staff, field operations personnel, and productivity and planning managers to achieve successful construction project objectives

• Knowledge of construction administration
• Maintain organization while managing multiple projects
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering OR 5 years’ experience
