KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop accurate estimates for asphalt and concrete projects by analyzing requirements, blueprints, specifications, and site conditions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather project details and respond to service inquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales team and clients to clarify project scope, materials, and specifications, offering insights into cost impacts.
• Manage and update all project information within our proprietary CRM, following ACI's estimating and project management processes.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing for materials, labor, and other components.
• Assess project risks, identifying strengths and weaknesses to evaluate overall feasibility.
• Work with internal teams to initiate job creation, ensuring accurate project details for production and scheduling.
• Provide updates on estimate status and collaborate with teams to address any client-driven changes.
• Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating for paving and concrete projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and bidding.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Familiarity with construction software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and detail.
• A valid driver's license.
