• Assist in the preparation of surfaces for seal coating
• Apply sealcoat using various techniques
• Operate and maintain equipment
• Assist with clean-up and maintenance of work site
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures

• Previous experience in seal coating or asphalt maintenance preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and transportation
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
