Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager / Senior Project Managerto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will haveat least 10 years of project management experiencewithin ageneral contracting environment, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked indesign-builddelivery.

This role requires a driven, organized professional who can manage complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong relationships with clients, design partners, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, permitting, and field operations.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and change orders to ensure financial success.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Supervise project teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all stages.
• Forecast project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum10 years of project management experiencewith ageneral contractor(design-build experience preferred but not required).
• Proven success managing multiple large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong technical understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
