Lunda Construction Co., a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Hilbert, WI office. Reporting to the Regional Manager – NE Wisconsin Operations, you will:

• Lead inter‑disciplinary teams of professionals and labor categories across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, costs, and projections to maintain profitability and accurate financial reporting.
• Procure required materials and requisition necessary equipment and labor resources to complete construction projects efficiently.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors; manage the change‑management process.
• Deliver federal and state‑funded infrastructure projects in accordance with client expectations and senior personnel guidance.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with heavy civil infrastructure projects, including cost reporting, engineering submittals, work plans, RFIs, CPM scheduling, T&M billing, and change orders.
• Strong project management and client interface skills; hands‑on approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of HCSS, AASHTOWare, and Primavera/P6 is preferred.
• 30‑hour OSHA certification is preferred.
• Ability to develop and incorporate Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans, and related documents.
• Follow through on project instructions and commitments, and perform other related duties as required.
