Project Superintendent

Employment Type:

Full-Time.

• Work directly with Project Managers and manage all project activities in the field, including customer relations in a primarily design/build setting.
• Assist Project Managers in the assembly of and direction of field operations, including in-house crew resources, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Control the pace of the project schedule and participate directly in QC matters and safety initiatives.
• Participate actively in project field meetings, provide and review detailed weekly schedules, and work with Project Managers to ensure purchased materials arrive on site timely.
• Responsible for daily activity reporting on the site. Some occasional travel may be required depending on project location (typically the Midwest).

• Successful candidate will be well versed in verbal and written communications and MS Office at a minimum.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Project Coordination, Supervisory, Foreman, or related field.
• Minimum Associate's degree in the Construction trade is preferred but not required.
