Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Kieler, WI. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additionally, the individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, address any concerns promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and expectations.
Qualifications- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in account management, project coordination, or sales
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site in Kieler, WI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in the custom apparel or printing industry is a plus
