Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales to C‑Suite executives
  • Proficiency with Linked In Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • Familiarity with financial documents or basic tax‑related terminology.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Outreach preferred).

    Ability to clearly and confidently communicate complex topics via phone, email, virtual and in person meetings.

    Open to feedback and able to apply it quickly.

    Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

As a Business Development Director at SPRX, you will…
  • Identify qualified businesses through a variety of strategic prospecting methods.
  • Actively engage potential clients via phone calls, emails, Linked In, and other outreach channels.
  • Manage the full cycle sales process to close clients
  • Collaborate closely with Sr. leadership to prioritize target accounts, industries, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with business owners, executives and channel partnerships to uncover needs and align them with our services.
  • Maintain accurate records and track all outreach activities in our CRM system.
  • Represent SPRX with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering value.

OTE (On Target Earnings) for this role is $250,
