This position is Remote in Dallas, TX.
This role will be pivotal in collaborating with our proposal team to enhance our competitive edge in securing contracts with federal government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of workforce needs in the consulting landscape, along with a strong network of potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the proposal team to understand project requirements and desired candidate qualifications for federal government contracts. Identify and source viable candidates through various channels, including databases, professional networks, and industry events.
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles, including resumes and qualifications, to present to the proposal team in alignment with specific project needs.
- Manage candidate communications and build strong relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in developing strategies to attract top talent and improve the overall quality of candidate submissions to proposals.
- Stay updated on federal contracting opportunities and requirements, ensuring that candidate qualifications meet the criteria outlined in solicitations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recruiting processes and improve response times.
- Monitor industry trends and government policies that may impact talent needs and contracting opportunities.
- Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the consulting sector or with federal government contracts.
- Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and workforce requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against proposal needs.
