We are expanding our consulting business and seeking ambitious Senior Consultants and Managers to shape and grow our newly established Data Analytics & Transformation (DAT) practice.

Following our recent acquisition of Farmastat (Norway) and Swedish Pharma Insights, we now operate as a unified Nordic entity with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo.

As a Senior Consultant or Manager in DAT, you will take a central role in building a practice that combines strategic advisory, business transformation, and advanced analytics. You will work closely with colleagues across Nordic Market Insights, Real-World Evidence (RWE), and Health Economics & Market Access to deliver solutions that turn data into commercial and strategic impact for pharma, medtech, and healthcare clients.

• Lead and drive digital transformation and change initiatives, from commercial strategy to execution.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and data-driven solutions.
• Take ownership in shaping proposals, winning new projects, and expanding client relationships.
• Develop data insights, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-making tools that embed insights into everyday business.
• Build and expand Signum’s consulting portfolio with innovative, data-enabled offerings.
• Coach and collaborate with colleagues across the Nordic practices to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

• Relevant master’s degree or equivalent qualification – the specific field is less important than your ability to create value in a consulting role within life sciences.
  4–8 years of experience from consulting, transformation, or strategy projects – ideally within life science, pharma, or healthcare.
• Strong analytical and technical skills combined with the ability to see the strategic and commercial big picture.
• Track record of engaging clients, structuring proposals, and converting opportunities into business impact.
• Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complexity for both technical and executive audiences.
• Commercial mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and a willingness to take ownership in growing a new consulting area.
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
