ERP Business analyst

Are you ready to shape the future of our ERP landscape? As an ERP Business Analyst in our ICT Development Team, you’ll act as the vital link between business and IT. From gathering requirements to improving processes and driving implementation across branches, you'll play a key role in translating business needs into smart, scalable ERP solutions.

• You will collaborate on projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will take the lead in the further roll-out of the ERP in the various branches.
• In doing so, you are the link between business and IT and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• You organise workshops to collect business requirements and elaborate these into a business analysis.
• You will be responsible for analysing and modelling the current business processes in our various business units and departments.
• You will support the creation of new business processes or the improvement of current processes.
• You follow up the delivery of projects in terms of content and validate whether the result meets expectations.

• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst.
• You are strong at communicating to various stakeholders.
• You are analytically minded, can think critically and work independently.
• You take ownership and do not deliver half-hearted work, but where necessary you are pragmatic enough to achieve your goal.
• You have experience documenting processes, preferably using BPMN.
• Experience with D365 is a must.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops is a plus.
• You are willing to travel to the various sites.
