• Perform Maintenance & Repairs:
  Skillfully complete tasks listed on repair orders, always in accordance with our dealership's guidelines.
• Diagnose Issues:
  Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to inspect, diagnose, and verify guest concerns across all automotive systems, from air conditioning to engines.
• Prepare Estimates:
  Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs required, maintaining transparency and building trust.
• Address Warranty Concerns:
  Carry out warranty repairs flawlessly, adhering to manufacturer specifications and ensuring every vehicle is in top condition.
• Communicate Findings:
  Be the vital link between our clients and service advisors, ensuring timely and accurate vehicle status updates.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or ASE certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience with using diagnostic tools, service equipment, and repair manuals.

• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturer-specific repair procedures and guidelines.

• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to use hand tools effectively.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

• High precision and attention to detail in all repair and maintenance tasks.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to communicate effectively with service advisors and guests.
• Proficient in documenting repair work and explaining technical issues to non-technical individuals.

• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Willingness to assist and support other technicians as needed.

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Ability to adapt to new tools, equipment, and diagnostic procedures.
