• Guide customers through the vehicle repair process, ensuring clear communication and excellent service at every step.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and insurance partners to facilitate a smooth, stress-free repair experience.
• Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles, preparing accurate and comprehensive damage estimates using CCC One.
• Manage multiple tasks, including estimates, vehicle arrivals, and deliveries, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and long-term relationships.

• 3-5+ years of automotive estimating experience required.
• Proficiency with CCC One and Mitchell estimating software.
• I-CAR certification preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with insurance direct repair program (DRP) guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• $63,000.00 - $73,000.00 based on experience.
