Overview

Location: Hayward Clinic.
Department: 2278000 ADMINISTRATION - HAY.
Job Description: Performs complex, diverse, and confidential administrative support duties and general office duties for the department. Responsibilities include coordination and scheduling of committees, department and other scheduled activities, preparation of routine and non-routine reports, meeting minutes, memos, data collection/graphs, and special assignments/projects. Provides other support to staff within the department as required. Primary reporting location is Hayward, Wisconsin. Occasional travel may be required to Spooner, Ashland, and Superior clinics for events, as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule committees, department activities, and other scheduled events.
  • Prepare routine and non-routine reports, meeting minutes, and memos.
  • Collect data, generate graphs, and support special assignments/projects.
  • Provide other administrative support to staff within the department as required.
