JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Enrollment Specialist plays an integral role in supporting the growth and success of Assurance

SD and its portfolio of businesses. As the first point of contact a customer has with Assurance

SD, Enrollment Specialists are responsible for successfully onboarding new participants, workers and vendors into the referred program, with a focus on detail and data accuracy. With strong attention to detail, the Enrollment Specialist is responsible for processing enrollment packets and entering data, ensuring the integrity of information received and entered into the system of record.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Directly support 30‑35 incoming enrollments per month, maintaining them until successful conversion
  • Packet completion – ensure that packets meet all required criteria before submission
  • In‑person enrollment and support of participants, workers and vendors
  • Execute end‑to‑end enrollment process: data entry into Smartsheet, packet pre‑population and entry into the system of record (e.g., FMS, Arborsoft)
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint) for documentation and communication
  • Write professional communication and maintain internal and external communication records
  • Provide customer satisfaction and de‑escalate tier‑one issues
  • Identify and overcome enrollment blockers (e.g., request reschedules, EIN errors)
  • Adapt and pivot swiftly in response to changing priorities or gaps in the enrollment process
  • Assist with projects and other cross‑functional tasks as required
  • Seek help or identify issues proactively and respond positively to feedback
  • Manage time to move multiple priorities forward and schedule work to completion
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1‑year relevant experience in enrollment or customer‑facing administrative role
  • Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current driver’s license with good driving record and current vehicle insurance
  • Reside in Rusk or Sawyer County, Wisconsin – Ladysmith or Hayward preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
